JF:  Different from other consultants who tell you what you should do, I work as a “navigator” with you, guiding you to solutions for the challenges you are facing. I ONLY work with companies who are ready to get down and maybe dirty to uncage their vision statement and help their team to “live in” that vision. Although my nickname given to me by my Dad is “Jack”, I am not a Jack (or Jill) of all trades. Areas that are not within my realm of expertise, I will refer to other consultants. What that means to you however, is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works to help bring your corporate vision into alignment. Because my focus is very narrow, what you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for companies whom strive for a team sport lifestyle with their employees.

Working in the corporate world for 25+ years, I saw the struggle of executive vs. employee vision and have dedicated my career to helping narrow the gap between the two. Because I personally experienced the same challenges you currently face, I’m also able to bring personal stories, a lot of empathy, a good dose of humor and consistent encouragement along the journey and into the future.

PC: Judy, what exactly is The Corporate Unique System™ and what does it include?

JF: Corporate clarity that results in employees living and breathing in that vision daily begins with understanding who, not necessarily what you are. What makes you unique from ten thousand other? Who are you to the customers, the community? How do they see you today? The Corporate Unique System helps “you” create a blueprint for organizational renewal.

  2. Developing Your Vision Pyramid  We will examine exactly what your current vision is. Why is it this? For nearly 4 years I worked with clients offering “off the shelf” training and coaching products. JF:  Please know I’m very selective in who I work with. It is not fair to you, a client to begin a process of discovery and change if you are not yet ready for the process the Corporate Unique System or the Learning Workshops will take you through. You would not get the results you contracted for.

The Corporate Unique System and Learning Workshops are NOT for those who are looking for a quick fix. It’s been my experience that companies who hire a consultant, expecting them to come in and recommend change, but are not really ready to move in a direction of discovery and then change, never really see lasting results. The process is hard work and takes a commitment from the top down, really taking a deep look “in”. I help navigate that journey to “the road in”.
